Huxley Homes Wins HIA CSR Display Home of the Year over $350K category

We are very excited to announce that our Avalon design, on display at Oran Park, has just been awarded the HIA CSR NSW Housing Display Home of the Year over $350,000.

According to the judges, "this project makes a great first impression. The interactive design and cross flow ventilation would make this stylish home easy and comfortable to live in. The open planned layout is suited for both the entertainer and family. Outstanding construction quality and attention to detail has produced an outstanding result".

This design was the first plan placed on display from our completely revamped and improved Stunning Collection Catalogue range. We have just finished our second display home from our new catalogue, The Appleby, which is now on display at Hunter Homeworld, and Huxley management have included many features from the award winning Avalon, and significantly improved on them in this new home.

Huxley Homes will also have the award winning Avalon on display in the Hunter region in the coming months, which will demonstrate our versatility and construction quality due to some very special techniques we have built right into this display home, to showcase to our customers.

We are pleased to advise our brand new display home "The Appleby" at Hunter Homeworld Chisholm is now officially open.

Huxley Homes are very excited with our new design, which is our second display home from our Brand New Stunning Collection catalogue range that was released only a few months ago.

We will be releasing many more display homes from our new catalogue over the coming 12 months, which have been carefully planned in line with modern trends by our in-house design team.

The Appleby has some very special features that is sure to please even the most fastidious client.
